Double-hand Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient ancestry. Founded on the old Chinese domino game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the far east with the wild west in an awesome game for beginning level players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler versus the casino, not like most other poker games that players compete with other gamblers. By playing against the dealer, new players don’t have to worry about other, more knowledgeable players winning their cash.
Another Pai Gow advantage is the generally leisurely game play, rookies can take their time and scheme while not having to make quick decisions.
It’s also simpler to participate in for a very long time with only a little amount of money since, to not win, both of your hands needs to be under both of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the regular 52-card common deck and one joker. The player is given 7 cards face up and the house is dealt seven cards face down.
One five card hand and one two card hand must be put together from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be stronger than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be better than the houses.
