Poker Aces refers to two aces dealt before theflop. It is the strongest attainable before theflop hand inholdem Poker. But regardless a great many players end up on the losing end when given these cards.
When you are given a pair of Aces, you just do not fold pre-flop. You’re sitting with the greatest achievable hand at this part of the round. So how do you bet with Poker Aces ? Do you simply go all-in? I’d say definitely no to that.
Remember, you are trying to produce as much profit from this strong position. You need to maximize the possibility. Going all-in will actually drive most competitors into dropping out and not making a wager.
If you’re in the early position (first or 2nd to cast a bet), you will place a single wager. Anyone with a decent hand will call, hopefully a person might raise. If someone has made a raise do not jump to re-raise or call, wait for a short while – make them think you’re considering your options and then call.
Following the flop your plan will be to get rid of anybody that could be able to get a straight or a flush. So I would start to raise aggressively, if you are lucky you will fool 1 player into believing that you are faking it.
If you are in the middle or later spot (one of the last to wager) you’ll watch as every player calls and then raise. Even with you sitting with a pair of aces, if you can try to abstain from a show-down. Defend your hand by forcing others to fold following the flop. If you do not get rid of your competitors you risk squandering your hand.
